How’s it made? I answer.
Hey, I’m Barrett Miller but I go by Bear. In the Spring of 2023, I’ll graduate with a mechanical engineering degree. I’m interested in the designs of products and the process of manufacturing those products. I have experience in an educational environment with these processes but I seek professional experience.

Motivation

I was taught at a young age that the goal was not to be the smartest, fastest, or biggest but to be a relentlessly hard worker. What defines me is the effort and heart I put into every little thing I do. I make it my goal to put my whole heart and full effort into everything I do.
However, effort and heart can only take me so far. What I’ve learned is that there are infinite ways to develop solutions and solve problems. I believe authentic problem-solving requires the belief there are no wrong approaches if they come to the best solutions. I pride myself on being able to adapt and find a way to achieve anything I put my mind to. I know everything might not go my way but if I’m willing to change strategies when need be and put my full effort into it, I can overcome the most complex challenges.
